Housing
Each community will have enough homes to house 10,000 residents. The homes will have:
110 Sq. ft. of space
Access to one parking space
Solar energy
Heating and cooling
Toilet
Washing machine
Outdoor clothes drying line
Agriculture
Within each community, fresh, organic food will be produced on site. 20% of all land will be dedicated to agriculture. Each site will be managed by a local professional Farm Manager, with opportunities for residents to learn farm practices and earn an income working the farm.
Energy
Renewable energy will power the communities and others around them. A minimum of 13% of all land will be used sole for energy production. Every house will be provided solar panels for their own usage. All energy produced on site will go back into the community.

Every community will have one center with resources targeted at helping residents, heal, educate and rest.
